jailynnThis is just rambling because I'm sick and when I'm sick I make lists (and drop classes on my schedule for the following semester. I decided to drop a SOC class and add ASL I to my schedule ^_^)

Top 5 things (fandom wise) That people don't expect from me
1. I'm not strictly BL. People tend to think that -_-;;
2. I like Yuri. I like het. I like love in general ^_^
3. My love of anime is embedded and was started by shounen anime, DragonBall Z, Rurouni Kenshi, Yu Yu Hakusho. I still tend to prefer manga where some sort of "battle" is involved.
4. It's not the only thing I'm into. I think to limit your interests is strange and stifling. I like Shakespeare, Educational Politics, the paranormal, baseball, football and a bunch of other stuff. A lot of people tend to think that anime is the only thing I'm into -_-;;;
5. I don't take my fandom too seriously. It's just for fun. It's something I go to to get away from school and stuff. Especially since I started taking my major-specific classes. I talk about it a lot, but I don't get upset if someone picks on my fandom. Most of the time I think it's funny, especially since I've encountered people who attack it and expect me to react as if they are insulting my mother ^_^
Top 5 things about me that people tend to overlook/ignore, even when I tell them about it
1. I have a hard time making a sentence coherent, especially if I'm trying to explain something. Give me a minute if it sounds like I have no clue what I'm talking about instead of INTERRUPTING AND LECTURING ME and chances are that at the end of the explanation it will make sense. It's just a processing thing that I have trouble with.
2. I may seem like a pushover, but I will assert myself if I don't like something. I'm a "Go with the Flow" person, but I put my foot down if I'm uncomfortable.
3. I have a gimpish leg (And short too). It works from time to time, but I have a hard time running. People tend to walk ahead of me and leave me behind (My dad does it a lot).
4. I'm actually very emotional. I know I don't seem it, and I might seem cold, but I actually am very emotional. People tend to say things that they think slide right off my back, but they actually really hurt.
5. I'm always sleepy, and I daze out a lot. I might seem like I'm not paying attention but I am.
