Finally after much waiting (Not really) And much struggle (Can't control time) And because I'm bored (Anxious)
I now present Gekokujou chapter 3...It's a short little ditty, filled with, well...progress? (Not Really)
Gekokujou chapter 3/?
Rated: R (Guess why? If you guessed Gakuto's filthy mouth...you're part right. It's Hiyoshi this time too XD)
Warnings: Atobe (Cause he warrants a warning), Gakuto acting like a five year old, and a miniscule bout of Hiyo-angst, spelling errors? Most likely, and un-betaed...And I'm too lazy to read over it..
Summary: Atobe and Hiyoshi bond (Not really), Gakuto and Hiyoshi bond (Sorta) and Yuushi wakes poor Hiyoshi up...
Disclaimer: These boys are Konomi Takeshi's...He also owns my soul, or at least my purse strings...

The next few days were a living hell for Hiyoshi. As they dragged his
parents in handcuffs past him in the court house, they screamed curses
at him. "You betrayed our family! How dare you! May you be cursed for all eternity!"
And all Hiyoshi could do as they walked by was stare at them. Curse him?
How dare HE? He was the one suffering, not them. How dare HE? He didn't understand it one bit.
Gakuto refused to leave his side. He supposed that made everything a little easier.
Until they arrived at the Atobe's mansion. Then all HELL broke
loose. Atobe would DEMAND Gakuto to go home, but Gakuto politely declined, saying, "Fuck you,
Atobe, and your pink bathrobe!"
Oshitari was a little more civil in his insistance to stay by Hiyoshi's side. He would
go home at night, but at school he would glare down the other
students who would try to ask Hiyoshi questions. Gakuto would join him, and together they had
a combined glare (which it's victims named the "Dirty Glare") that silenced
third years, chased away second years, and promptly made first years piss their pants.
Hiyoshi didn't know how to react to all this attention. Nevermind the fact that the
tennis team was being WAY to nice to him, given the exception
of Atobe, who had a habit of being an ass to everyone at practice...well, at school....well....let's not go
there. The thing that unsettled him was the fact that Oshitari
and/or Gakuto would sit in class with him. His heart never got a chance to stop thumping. After what he
heard Oshitari and Gakuto say in the infirmary, he wasn't
sure how to act. Not that he interacted with people well anyway...
It was after all the legal stuff had been settled that Atobe sat Hiyoshi down and explained to
him that he was be living with the Atobe family until he was an adult. This wasn't temporary, and certainly
not charity. He would have to keep his grades up, and work hard. After all, he was now representing the Atobe
family.
'Do I have to change my name...?" Hiyoshi asked warily.
"Now, what would people call you if we made you change your name? Certainly not Atobe,
that's what they are to call Ore-sama. and certainly not your first name because you get all bitchy. So,
Your name will stay Hiyoshi. "
"Thanks for that. The last thing I want people calling me is Atobe."
"That's very rude towards someone who took you in during your darkest hour."
"I never asked for your help." Hiyoshi snapped. "You just butted your nose in like you always do."
"Well, like it or not, Ore-sama couldn't stand idly by anymore. Do you really think I never
noticed those days when you were walking funny, or bruised up? Seriously. Ore-sama just wasn't sure
what the cause was, and the minute I found out, I opted to do something about it. Believe me or not, I do care
about everyone on our team...well, the regulars, anyway."
"Buchou...."
"Enough already. I realize you don't think too highly of me, but believe me when I say..."
"Atobe-Buchou! 'Not think highly of you?' What are you talking about? You've always had my
highest respect! No way would I want to surpass someone I had no respect for!" Hiyoshi's face was bright
red as he exclaimed this. "So, I..."
"I see. I'm just teasing you, Hiyoshi. I just wanted to hear you say it...."
"To boost your ego?" Hiysohi asked, exasperated.
"But of course..."
Hiyoshi sighed. Why were all the brilliant ones insane?
Hiyoshi sat in his room, his hakama clutched in his fists. How he itched to practice his martial arts
again. However, since his family's dojo was disbanded, he could no longer do that. He had checked all the
local dojos, and none of them possessed a style remotely close to the type his family practiced. He was
happy he didn't have to give up tennis, but he hated that he had to give up his second love. He hadn't brought
this up with anyone else, of course, and he wouldn't. It would have made him sound whiny, and weak.
His door opened, and Gakuto bound into the room. "Yo, Hiyoshi, sorry I'm late, My mom wanted me
to watch my little brother for a while." Gakuto noticed the hakama in Hiyoshi's hands.
"You miss the dojo, don't you?" The acrobat asked.
Hiyoshi felt like denying the accusation, but the concerned look on Gakuto's face made his heart jump,
and he knew he couldn't lie.
"Yes...a little..."
Gakuto had one of two choices. He could; A: Console the poor boy, or, B: Tease the hell out of him.
The red-head decided to do a combo of both. He patted Hiyoshi on the back soothingly, saying, "Cheer up, I'm
sure you sucked at it anyway."
Hiyoshi bristled. "I'll have you know I was almost a 3-Dan!"
Gakuto laughed. "There's that fighting spirit! You know I was kidding."
Hiyoshi settled, sighing. "I feel so unfocused since I left the dojo. It must be the lack of practice."
"Ummmmm....Noooo....That would be the uprooting and fucking up of your life. Though I really doubt
you feel like these recent events have fucked your life up...."
"More like the "unfucking up" of my life. I have to admit my life was pretty fucked up before the last few
weeks."
Gakuto looked suprised, his eyes wide and mouth open.
"What? Did I grow an extra head or something?"
"I don't think I've ever heard you say fuck before!"
"What?" Hiyoshi glared at him. "That's a cause for suprise?"
"I just thought you were too polite, or something, to cuss. I mean, hearing little Piyo-chan curse is kinda
funny!"
"I'm not five!" Hiyoshi cried. "And what the hell did you just call me?!"
"Do it again, Piyo-chan! Come on! Say fuck again!" Gakuto poked him in the cheek.
"Stop it, Mukahi-Senpai! Ow! I said stop!"
Gakuto pinched the already offended cheek. "Come on, Piyo-chan! Say it!!!!"
"FUCK OFF, MUKAHI-SENPAI!!!" Hiyoshi yelled. "And STOP calling me PIYO-CHAN!"
"Yay! He said it again!!!!"
Hiyoshi sighed, slumping against the wall, defeated. Why was he in love with this guy, again?
He had his eyes closed, he was lying casually, it looked like he was asleep. He couldn't sleep, however.
It was Sunday morning, eight in the morning. Hiyoshi thought it would be a great time to sleep in. However, someone
else thought exactly the opposite. He was being watched...intently. He didn't know who was watching him, but
it made falling back to sleep very, very hard.
"I know you're not asleep..." A deep, Kansai drawl chuckled. Oshitari.
Hiyoshi opened his eyes to look into those deep blue eys that were still staring at him. "Oshitari-Senpai,
It's Sunday, don't you have somewhere else to be...?"
Like with Mukahi-Senpai? The blonde thought, slightly bitter.
"Ahh...well...I was supposed to go out with Gakuto, but his mother needed him to babysit today."
"So, I'm just an after thought, then? A plan B? If that's the case, let me go back to sleep..."
"Actually, Gakuto and I both had plans together to come visit you. We were thinking of taking you out
today. You must feel cooped up, going from school to back here everyday with no detours..."
"It's no different than what I'm used to. I would always head straight home after practice anyway."
"That's going to change. I'm taking you out."
"What if I don't want to go?" Hiyoshi asked.
"You have no choice. Get dressed." Yuushi threw him an outft. "I want you to wear that."
"What? Can't I even choose my own clothes?" Hiyoshi cried, examining the outfit. He had never seen it
before. Oshitari couldn't have possible....
"I saw that in a window and thought it would look good on you. I'll leave so you can get dressed."
With that, Oshitari left the room.
Hiyoshi blushed, staring at the outfit. A pair of cargo pants, a white, long-sleeved shirt, and a blue
leather vest. It looked expensive. His heart was pounding quick, and he fumbled to get dressed. He hoped
he would be able to make it through the day without embarrassing himself. He hoped he would die from his
heart beating so fast. He met Oshitari at the door 15 minutes later, face still red, but he managaed to get
himself dressed.
"I was right, it does look good on you..."
Hiyoshi looked at the ground, nodding obediently.
"Alright then, shall we go?"
Hiyoshi nodded again, as it was the only thing he could think to do, and followed Oshitari out the door.
Cliffhanger!!!.......They're going on a date, duh. But Where will Yuushi take Hiyoshi? Who will they run into? Will Gakuto appear in the next chapter? How about Atobe? (Maybe) Jirou? (Possibly) Taki? (Hell no!)
