Apparently, I pulled my muscle in my neck in my sleep and have "Turtle neck"
......
There is no dignified may to tell people that you can't look down because you have "Turtle neck"!!!

I'm on muscle relaxers and ibuprofen. Yay -_-
Either I'm gonna be really sleepy or hyper as a chipmunk. But maybe at least my neck will feel better ^_^
